ARC-05P MANIPULATOR BORE CLADDING SYSTEM

  • The ARC-05P system can support parts weighing up to 18 tons on its rotary table, depending on the configuration.
  • It features horizontal travel axes of 24′ and vertical travel axes of 51′ (counterbalanced).
  • Various configurations of water-cooled hot wire torches are available.
  • The system includes full closed-loop controls, semi-automatic calibrations, RMS value calculations and display, remote diagnostics via WiFi or Ethernet connection, multilingual capabilities, and conversions from English to metric.
  • It can be configured in either an L-frame or manipulator setup.
