ARC-05HG PLC GTAW HORIZONTAL BORE CLADDER
The ARC-05 HG system features an integrated system:
- PLC with a touch screen HMI and welding programming and process monitoring through Lincoln Electric’s Power Wave Manager software.
- It is a self-contained unit mounted on a skid with a welding power supply of up to 450 A and a water-cooled GMAW torch.
- The horizontal overlay process allows for high deposition rates.
- The system includes axis displacement, with horizontal movement up to 50′ and vertical movement of 24′.
- It is an excellent coating system for corrosion or wear resistance and works well with Inconel, Stellite, and hard metal.
