ARC-05HVGT BORE CLADDING SYSTEM
The ARC-05HVTG system is a unique design with features such as welding task (recipe) storage, triple pulse capability, 100% continuous AVC that maintains voltage while following the workpiece, and teach-and-repeat programming for intersecting holes for automatic hole cladding.
- It is a self-contained unit mounted on a skid with a welding power supply of up to 500 A, as well as a hot wire power supply of up to 150 A.
- The tilting axis allows for manipulation with a tilt angle range of 0 to 90 degrees in 0.1-degree increments.
- The horizontal tilt mode doubles the deposition rate.
- Axes have a horizontal travel of 24′ and a vertical travel of 42′.
- Various water-cooled hot wire torch configurations are available.
- The standard turntable is 36” in diameter with a capacity of 2721 kg, with an option for up to 48” in diameter.
- Manual/motorized workpiece movement systems are available.
- Vision and video logging features are available as options.
