ARC-05PL COMPACT BORE CLADDING SYSTEM

The ARC 05 PL cladding system, GTAW Hot Wire, is a compact cladding system for cylindrical parts. Its one-piece structure facilitates mobility within a factory. The rotary table has a capacity of around 2.3 tons, and parts with diameters of up to 40” can be clad. The control is based on PLC and a touch-sensitive HMI.

This machine is currently assembled in Rio de Janeiro in partnership with ARCSPECIALTIES and was the cornerstone for the FIRJAN award titled ‘Constructor of Regional Development’ in 2019, being the first cladding system with distinct technology manufactured under the ARCSPECIALTIES brand outside the USA.
