ARC-05PLE – HORIZONTAL WITH ELBOW CLADDING TECHNOLOGY

In the ARC-05PLE system, the software allows operators to simply touch two points on the ID (internal diameter) of the internal bends of the tubes to generate an automated welding path.

This technology makes immediate adjustments to the welding parameters, torch position, and torch oscillation as the geometry of the cross-section of the internal bends changes throughout the welding process.
