ARC-06G CNC GTAW BORE CLADDER SYSTEM
The ARC-06G system features a head with a controlled rotating torch for continuous rotation, automatic torch centering software, and real-time control of welding current, arc voltage, hot wire feed voltage, wire feed speed, and more.
- It is capable of welding intersecting holes, grooves, etc.
- The column and boom style manipulator is equipped with servomotors, vertical travel (mast) of 96” (counterbalanced), horizontal travel (boom) of 60”, linear travel of 144” (carriage), and an integrated cable track management system.
- It includes integrated arc voltage control of the torch position, including pulse ramp and lock.
- The system offers remote diagnostics and optional data logging.
