ARC-11I SAND SCREEN INSPECTION SYSTEM
The ARC-11I Sand Screen Inspection System ensures precision and quality through a specially designed automated inspection process. The system rotates the screen tube on a series of motor-driven tube rollers while a TDI line scan camera travels on a carriage along the length of the inspection area. Using three axes of movement and an intuitive operating interface, the system can move the camera closer to the screen, focus, and inspect up to 12 meters of screen tube. The system collects, analyzes, and archives images simultaneously in a single pass to maximize efficiency.
- The TDI line scan camera scans 2k by 2k at 1.5 inches per second with an accuracy of 1 micron.
- The organized data logging saves in an Excel-compatible format and stores images with full fast indexing.
